Item Returns

You can return any item(s) you order with in 30 days of receiving it, so long as the item is in its original condition, with the exception of pillows. Due to obvious sanitary reasons, we will only accept pillow returns if the item(s) have not been used. This means that you may purchase a pillow and examine it in person to decide if you would like to keep it before returning it within the 30 day period. We realize that Therapain Plus will not be in the original condition once you open the seal. However, because we are totally convinced you will love this product, we will allow it to be returned so long as there is some unused portion left in the bottle. In the case of the OctoMassager, we will not allow a return if the tentacles are bent, as altered items cannot be returned to stock. Therefore you may take it out of the box and examine it only. The OctoMassager has an amazing feel if you bend the tentacles correctly, so do not hesitate to call our customer service line at 800 667-1969 if you have any questions about this or any of our products. We are always very willing to take back items you wish to return and refund the cost of the item (and tax, if applicable), with no restocking fees; however, the customer must pay all shipping charges and must have an RMA number written on the outside of the package. An RMA number may be easily obtained by calling customer service at 800-667-1969. The Body Zone memory foam mattress will be returned directly to the Body Zone manufacturing facility. A 20-year warranty is offered for the Body Zone memory foam mattress (warranty information and certificate come inside the box).
